Our group aims to become the standard bearer and industry leader in the European retail insurance market, building on our existing base of 50 million retail clients, out of an overall total of 72 million.

The candidate will be part of the HR team dedicated to Group Control Functions (Risk Management, Compliance, Audit and Legal).

He will support the Reward and Talent Development Manager in all his activities:

· Global Talent mapping and calibration
· Performance Management governance redesign and process improvement
· International reward benchmarking
· Definition of Control Functions Reward Manual
· Support the new Performance management cycle.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

·  Master Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
·  Advanced knowledge of English
·  Excellent relational skills
·  Ability to work in team proficiently.
