The Group General Counsel mission is to protect and enhance our business, setting the pace of change every day as a world-class team, accountable and proactive in providing reliable counsel in all legal and compliance matters.

Within this unit we are currently looking for a GGC Strategic Assistant that would report to the Group General Counsel.
The successful candidate will be responsible to supports the Group General Counsel in the performance of his main accountabilities:
· support the General Counsel in the coordination cross-GC unit activities and projects
· provide structured reporting to the Group General Counsel
· support the General Counsel in the management of selected legal/corporate/regulatory matters.

Profilo richiesto

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Must have
·  Master degree in Law
·  At least 3-5 years of experience in consultant role or strategic department mostly in the insurance sector
·  Broad general knowledge and understanding corporate matters and regulatory environment
·  Experience in international working environment
·  Fluent German and English
Nice to have
·  Knowledge of insurance industry
·  Good knowledge of French
Soft skills
·  Excellent organizational, interpersonal and team building skills; including a client relations focus with the ability to build consensus on difficult legal issues
·  Strong presentation and communication skills
·  Experience with international working environment
·  Influencing skills across different cultures and proven leadership capabilities
