The mission of the Group Data & Digital IT structure is to:
· define the Group data & digital IT strategy and coordinate the transformation roadmap supporting the Business Units
· develop digital capabilities within the Group to quickly spread new and established best practices,
· define the approach to digital IT transformation, and ensure the development of digital innovations,
· drive the consolidation of Group platforms to provide innovative services and enable strategic synergies.

To support this mission, the responsibility of the Data and Digital Platforms unit is to:
· Promote the Group adoption of Data Governance methodologies and related tools to support the program delivery
· Ensure the Group Big Data and Analytics platform services to support data science projects
· Scout and promote business relevant digital platforms to be used across the Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible to:
· Support implementation of Generali enterprise data governance program including strategic prioritization of international activities, definition of data governance framework, definition of roles and responsibilities related to data governance, selection of needed tools
· Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure program adoption, collaborating with business units' counterparts in international context
· Divulgate data governance program and deliver internal training

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

·  Information Management Analyst with 3+ years of practical experience in the field of data governance
·  Knowledge of industry leading data quality and data protection management practices
·  Knowledge of data governance practices, business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets
·  Knowledge of data related government regulatory requirements, including GDPR, and emerging trends and issues
·  Consulting skills experience, with change management concepts and strategies, including communication and cultural change
·  Experience in managing Data Governance projects, with coordination of Data Stewards, Data Owners, business SMEs and IT stakeholders
·  Proven work experience with meta data management, data quality and data lineage tools
·  Diversified proven experiences on traditional data management, big data tools and architecture, business intelligence and analytical tools and methodologies are requested complementary skills
·  Project Management and Solution Architecture are desired complementary skills
·  Ability to work in international environment
