Role Summary/Purpose

The position shall be responsible for domestic deliveries, documents management and warehouse GMP compliance.
Essential Responsibilities

1. maintain ERP(SAP) system--material receiving/transfer/delivery to production line
2. manager all goods-in and goods-out documents
3. timely issue delivery notes to customers
4. regularly count physical inventory of all materials
5. Required levels of cGMP are met, records well archived and discipline kept ensuring that plant operations remain in compliance.
6. Assist warehouse manager to update warehouse SOP and ensure SOP be well followed
7. Manage warehouse training documents
8. Ensures that forwarder’s service level targets are met
9. Prepare monthly delivery and KPI summary report
10. Regularly renew SOP based on actual operations
11. Record deviations/change control/CAPA in Trackweise system
12. Follow up-to-date version of GE Healthcare EHS Policy. Raise EHS concerns in case any uncertainty is found during working
13. Meet the EHS expectation for employees of GE Healthcare Shanghai Plant..
Qualifications/Requirements

 University/college graduated is preferred, 2 year experience preferred in logistics
 Computer skill is a must, familiar with Microsoft Office 2010
 Fluent in written and oral English
 Prudent, open-minded, working under pressure
