Role Summary/Purpose

US Clinical Education Coordinator is a link between customers and Application Specialists US department. He/she is responsible for leading Application Specialists US department and planning their work.
Essential Responsibilities

US Clinical Education Coordinator is charged with the following employment duties:

•Take incoming customer calls and log the problem in the appropriate tool (if required);
•Identify contractual commitments, accurate use of remote support;
•Cooperation with Freelancers, including booking tickets;
•IPP&SSP tracking (Improper payment prevention and Independent Service Provider);
•Identify accurate use of Application Specialists’ diary and use of the escalation plan;
•Coordinate and optimize the day to day activity of Application Specialists required to meet the customer demands;
•Take incoming calls from Application Specialists related to dispatching;
•Track all activities through the company’s system and monitor training completion rate;
•Enter all comments and agree action plan, offer suggestions on possible solutions;
•Use the training records and maps to find a suitable resource;
•Close Communication with Installation Specialists, Op Center Administrator and Op Center Coordinators to ensure all Application Specialists requests are included within the Application Specialists Resource Management process;
•Lead Application Specialists’ initiatives & establish clear processes for proper/quality & on-time planning;
•Planning of AppsLinq training in proper time frames accordingly contracts obligation;
•Metrics analysis;
•Application trainings back log reduction.
Qualifications/Requirements

•Bachelor/ master/ specialist degree;
•Work experience;
•Intermediate level of English;
•Computer skills to include Word and Excel;
•Effective communication skills;
•Strong interpersonal skills;
•Analytical skills;
•Ability to multi-task work;
•Stress tolerance;
•Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
