Role Summary/Purpose

She/he will support the management and control of the current and future SPIR (Spare Part Interchangeability Record) opportunities in Inquire to Order (ITO) both for Transactional and Contractual Services to improve the SPIR cycle time, On-Time Delivery (OTD) and accuracy. She/he will be exposed to effectively communicate with Regions and Commercials.
Essential Responsibilities

·  We are looking for motivated individuals seeking a challenging career with excellent academic, international exposure to:

·  Support the On Time Delivery of SPIRs by producing and updating list of key milestones

·  Measure SPIR project progress and anticipate actions working with internal stakeholders (Application Engineers, Customer Asset Management , Engineering and Suppliers)

·  Provide regular reporting to on the status to the stakeholders, including monthly communication to the broader leadership and commercial teams.

·  Proactively detect Conctractual Services opportunities

·  Work closely with Sales, Commercial Operations, GS Engineering team and CAM organization to meet Customer CTQ’s.

·  Bridge the technical team towards the improvements and digitization initiatives, based on priorities and deliverables, working closely with other teams eg. Process and tools, IT and CAM

·  Bridge the communication of the SPIR COE team with the Commercial and Sales Regional teams by periodic calls
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Master Degree in Engineering (Energy, Mechanical, Management preferred)

·  Italian and English fluency.

·  Excellent organizational skills, ability to set priorities.

·  Planning and coordinating skills in international environment

·  Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills

·  Effective Problem Solving Skill

·  Proficiency with computer/database/programming tools (eg. Excel …).

·  Strong analytical skills.

·  EU Work permit
