Role Summary/Purpose

The Services Project Management Intern will support the Regional Project Managers on the execution of the main contractual obligations and to achieve expected profitability of the Contract itself.

Essential Responsibilities

The Services Project Management Intern will:

Support
regional Orders, Sales and CM (Contribution Margin) biz model consolidation and
update quarter by quarter: analyze dynamics between backlog and conv QoQ
(quarter-over-quarter) / YoY (year-over-year) in order to identified risks
& opportunities

Consolidate
a long term plan for big items 

Biz
Release management: analyze the biz release level of risk early in advance,
monitoring orders status and prevent the reversal of cost

Generate
efficiency in repairs operation by early planning of material shipping to shops
and induction scheduling; scrap materials management for Repair jobs under temp
Importation

Box
Closed: minimize the box closed and not shipped in the ongoing quarter

Excess
Inventory: analyze the root cause of the excess inventory generation

Maximize
Sales convertibility by facilitate connection between sales, commercial and
operations teams

Support
Prove of Delivery collection at Quarter end to maximize Sales (Shipping
support)

Assist
Regional Project managers on Kick off meeting for capital parts and for repairs
management (incoming, job opening, Sales/Order setup, Contract and billing
deliverables)

Act
as support interface between the Regional Project Managers and Service Centers
Of Excellence (COEs) and functions

Qualifications/Requirements

·  BSc or MSc in Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautical, Energy, Materials, Management Engineering or Physics/Mathematics degree
·  Fluent spoken English and Italian
·  Excellent team player, able to effectively communicate with his/her peers and supervisors, good influencing skills when dealing with Functions
·  Effective communication and presentation skills
·  EU Work Permit
