Essential Responsibilities

·  Manage/Support the Planning Dept in Material Management and particularly : Material Collection, Shipment and Delivery to Massa Site, Inventory operation

·  Reference point of contact for Test tool Shipment across BHGE sites where required

·  In cooperation with Logistic Team in Italy and UK support the Project Manager in the preparation of shipping docs including custom operation and Invoices

·  Support Planning Department and PQM in resolving the Puch List from SubVendor and from Site

·  Cooperate with PQM/Planner for Notification Issue

·  Manage/Support the Planning Dept with the preparation of Project Schedule - RFC in conjunction with Sourcing Department , Manufacturing and Project Team

·  Attend the periodical Project Review with the team members when required
Qualifications/Requirements

·  BS/MS Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent knowledge or work experience

·  Good communication skill and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·  Fluent English language

·  Able to interact with all functions across the organization

·  EU Work Permit
