Essential Responsibilities

• Ensure tools and fixtures are fit for purpose and calibrate
• Ability to work effectively on production units
• Maintain good housekeeping standards
• Apply with health and safety policies and quality procedures (Including COSHH and ASEN9100) standard
• Assist in other areas of manufacturing when required and trained to do so.
• Ability to read all engineering drawings and interpret them Ability to understand and follow drawings and instructions and interpret these
• Ability to assemble Printed circuit boards
• Soldering experience
Qualifications/Requirements

• General electronics and mechanical assembly work
• Ability to recognise and identify components
• Ability to understand technical drawings and instructions
• Good concentration and attention to detail
• Able to produce work of high quality
• Dextrous and able to work on small products
• A flexible and co-operative approach
• Appreciation of health and safety practice in the workplace
• Experience of self-directed work teams and teaming
• Awareness of customer expectations and business requirements
