Role Summary/Purpose

Provide support, training and skill performance control for the WT/Cypress implementation, helping Engineering & Operations in the blade production implementation. Train operators and professional teams in the required plants and align strictly with local Center of Excellence's policies, procedures and day to day organization, with the lead and support from Global Operations Training & Development function.
Essential Responsibilities

Participate in first Plant Implementation in order to learn form proccess experts about general proccessess and skills needed to tranfer in second plant and beyond. Once obvserved, use the Work Instruction and the General Guides to analyze the required plant employee’s skills and identify gaps to determine training needs to accomplish plant goals realeted to Cypress blades and pin joints. Have permanent contact and regular meeting with Cypress project members to allign times and expectations.

Use known/new learning principles, methods and techniques with learning effectiveness propose.
Organize and deliver training activities in the required plants according to the global center of excellence procedure, in allignment with the local Center of Excellence coordinator.

Coordinate training and evaluations of blue collar employees together with local Center of Excellence coordinator, HR, Production Managers and Supervisor, under the supervision of Global Operations Training and Development .

Plan, schedule and execute manufacturing training with a permanent alligmente with the local Center of Excellence coordinator and following the Cypress project guidelines and expected ramp ups.

Participate in the design of the traininig materials when needed, by providing inputs to engineers and GMTD. Help ensure correct translation of training material and give feedback regarding improvements.

Stablish a sustainable channel of information, and ensure that local Center of Excellence is ready to keep on training new comers, retraining and requalifying experienced workers in the future.
Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelors in Science
Most importantly, you have previous training experience or/and substantial industrial experience with training skills. Preferably you have 5+ year’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong facilitation skills is a must, together with very good English skills, both written ad verbally.
