Role Summary/Purpose

Avio Aero ricerca operatori con espereinza nel campo additive con esperienza su macchine DMLM/EBM.
Essential Responsibilities

As Additive DMLM operator, you will: 

·  Operate with DMLM machines and related tools to produce products that meet required specifications, working according to the standard work; 
·  Interpret written specs and Manufacturing instructions; 
·  Comply with all applicable quality, health, safety, and environmental directives and regulations; 
·  Complete required documentation with accurate information such as routers, labor reporting, checklist, and inspection reports; 
·  Refer to appropriate person(s) e.g. supervisor or technical experts when issues arise and collaborate in correcting errors; 
·  Verification of the conformance for finished work piece to specifications, using precision measuring instruments; 
·  Handling and lifting operations with small cranes; 
·  Suggest ideas in support of continuous improvement.
Qualifications/Requirements

·  experience as DMLM machine operator; 
·  Technical
high school
·  Knowledge of DMLM machines and post-process equipment for both powder and produced parts;
·  Ability to read and understand engineering drawing & specifications; 
·  Availability to work on 3 shifts; 
·  Ability to work within a team; 
·  Proactive approach with positive “can do” attitude; 
·  Knowledge and ability to use precision measuring instruments; 
·  Good knowledge of Italian and English; 
·  EU Work permit.
Desired Characteristics

·  Previous working experience as DMLM machine operator;
·  Appropriate communication skills.
