Role Summary/Purpose

The QMS Analyst internee will support the Florence-based QMS team in the transition to new ISO9001:2015 and implementation of Multi-site ISO9001 certification.
Essential Responsibilities

The QMS Analyst internee will support the team in:

·  Identify and map operational Risks and Opportunities
·  Verify implementation of a plan or control system to mitigate risks or capture opportunities
·  Verify compliance to ISO9001:2015 requirements
·  Support in internal auditing and definition of checklists
·  Implement site transition scorecard
·  Assess readiness for ISO9001 transition and multi-site certification
·  Support in the cross-site verification of internal findings
·  Support in the Gap Assessment against internal quality policies
·  Support in the review of QMS documentation
Qualifications/Requirements

·  Master graduate or graduating in Integrated Management Systems
·  Domain expertise in ISO9001:2015
·  Fluent in Italian and English, both written and verbal
·  Effective communication and presentation skills
·  EU work permit
