Role Summary/Purpose
The role is to act as the factory finance leader for the Pensacola site. This means being the finance partner for the operational teams as well as working with the North America supply chain to manage key elements of the supply chain such as inventory, labor and overhead costs.
Essential Responsibilities
As the Factory Finance Leader, you will:
· Manage all inventoriable factory costs including direct material, labor and overhead costs to calculate the inventory, cost and cash impacts
· Be responsible for financial pacing, audits and factory related manual journal entries and account reconciliations
· Work with the operational team to buy and manage capital expenditure items
· Manage a Financial Management Program member to support all of the above duties
Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Finance)
· Minimum of 3 years experience in manufacturing finance or supply chain finance
