Role Summary/Purpose

You will have the opportunity to contribute with insights and develop strong skills in the different fields of Quantitative Marketing in a Financial Business, by providing analytical support, managing CRM for single business lines, developing marketing analytics and interpreting data. You will learn the methodologies to conduct quantitative researches and prospect targeting to meet business objectives.

Essential Responsibilities

·  You will provide analytical support including data pulling, preparation of analyses and data interpretation.

·  You will produce recurring business reporting and analysis including, but not limited to market sizing, segmentation, prospect targeting, deal opportunity accuracy and completeness reporting related on business contact strategy.

·  You will liaise with database lead, providing day-to-day support to sales team, collecting sales team feedback on process / tools improvement, leading prioritization of enhancements and improvements and managing customer and prospect databases.

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor's Degree.

·  Demonstrated interest in Operative and Quantitative Marketing.

·  Software proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite to include Access, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

·  Analytical/problem solving skills with attention to details.

·  The curiosity to learn and work towards an end goal with strong time-management skills.

·  Strong commitment to contribute to marketing activities.

·  Good communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.

·  Team working mindset.

·  Self-motivated and driven.

·  Fluency in Italian and English.

·  EU work permit.
