Role Summary/Purpose

As a Training Specialist, this person will be responsible to drive the development of expertise of our Field Service population (direct and indirect) and constantly improve on existing process.
S/He will lead the Technical Training deployment and process for CCS in all ASEAN countries, for both direct and indirect Field Engineers and Biomedical Engineers, by coordinating instructors, trainees, registration, venue, logistics and certifications for each training session.
Essential Responsibilities

Training Process Deployment
1. Work with Tech Ops manager and MSLs to create training calendar for each determined period
2. Assist the execution of the training plans and programs as per the pre-set policies and procedures
3. Work with SCOLs (Svc Channel teams) and Teams Leaders to Coordinate all the training arrangements covering all the needed logistics for the trainees, training equipment, premises, etc.
4. Work with the trainees and instructors to obtain their feedback on the provided training.
5. Develop and maintain records and reports on all training sessions received by the trainees and instructors, registering and saving data on proper systems.
6. Ensure proper utilization of optimal training means (material, on the job, internal, external) to meet business needs.
7. Maintain a library of training material acquired to support internal training requirement.
8. Develop and maintain a mechanism for maximizing training value through sharing of material and expertise among other related entities and functions.

Training Process Improvement
• Constantly work to review and improve existing process, incorporating ownership of competence outcomes to each step of the process.
• Align and share training processes changes and improvements with Training Leader and drive adoption in the region. He/She will track new and previously delivered trainings, identify and make sure trainings are captured correctly in the various systems.
• Lead special projects in link with Expertise and deploy the IT solution in link with Training processes, documentation & dashboards.
• Support the Technical Team to orgnanize specific thematic events (Technical Seminar, Modality Olympics, etc)
Qualifications/Requirements

• Diploma & Bachelor degree with Education or Business or Engineering background
• 2-5 years’ experience in Service or Training Organization
• Strong process and analytical skills demonstrating ability to identify root causes of problems; generate and evaluate creative alternative solutions; implement problem resolutions quickly and effectively with fact-based decisions.
• Customer focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to internal and external customer needs
• Ability to energize, develop and build rapport in matrix organization
• Proven coordination and influencing skills
• High ethics and integrity
• Fluent in English
