Role Summary/Purpose
The Aero Alliance Massa LM Services Shop Quality Inspector will support in guarantying quality and completeness of overhauling activities inside the shop.
He/She will report to the Massa Shop Quality Leader.
Essential Responsibilities
· Analyze products' CTPs & CTQs and suggest technical solution to be applied
· Guarantee the quality and the completeness of the assembly item in order to hand it off to the phases following Workshop (Test/Customer)
· Authorize the routing start up, execute the inspection on component according to the routing and verify the accuracy and completeness of inspection plan, approve the completion of the component, allowing the hand off to the next routing/Gate
· Manage non-conformity resolution providing defect description and proposing dispositions. Give instructions on material identification and segregation. Involve if necessary other function: Engineering for NC disposition and verify if its implementation has fixed the Non-Conformity.
· Perform the analysis of defects to drive the shop toward defects/CoQ reduction
· Guarantee the application of quality control process
· Verify compliance with ISO 9001
· Understand internal and external customer’s quality needs and meet their requirements.
Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree, Engineering is preferred or equivalent knowledge or work experience
· Strong background in QMS and Quality Improvement methods
· Aero Products and Quality tools knowledge will be a plus
· Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
· Technical background
· Influencing skills
· Strong attention to details
· Ability to bring assignments to a successful completion
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Italian And English fluency both written and spoken
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· EU Work Permit
