Within FPT Brand the platform is the department responsible for future engines development with new or existing customers (internal CNHi or thirds). Finance control specialist responsibility consists in supporting product engineers in initiatives evaluation (costs reduction, key financial figures) in order to take strategic business decisions.
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
- Coordinate and control product investments activities
- Ensure/support approvals in local system and release approved funds
- Support approval flow consistency with internal rule compliance
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assure reliability and integrity of business case evaluations, according to Investments Manual guidelines
- Support Management with a proactive approach, accurate financial data, analysis and recommendation, explaining main financial metrics and highlighting deviations
- Support the Platforms in evaluating and managing Customer Product Requests, starting from first profitability analysis to the Start of Production through a continuous cost tracking during product development process phases
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS (including education & years of experience) :
- Master Degree in Economy, Controlling, Finance, Management
- Office package
- Good English level required. Italian and other European languages are an advantage
- Problem solving approach with solid analytical skills
- Team player and good relational and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and under pressure work
- Ability to meet deadlines required
- Availability to travel
