Overview

This hybrid position will be located at our Corporate Office in Camp Hill, PA.

Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking a talented and hardworking Lease Payables Specialist to join its Financial Organization. The Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and processing financial lease changes resulting from landlord invoices or changes initiated by New York and Foot Locker Europe Lease Administration via our Lucernex lease administration and accounting system. To succeed in this role you should be detail oriented and be able to problem solve and research into problems.

Responsibilities

·  Ensure all changes are in compliance with the lease and are in line with internally established thresholds
·  Run queries to extract information from our PeopleSoft accounting and Lucernex systems
·  Post entries into the PeopleSoft and Lucernex systems to facilitate accurate payments to the landlords
·  Ensure that all appropriate reviews and approvals are obtained for all changes to lease financials
·  Review and reconcile landlord billings/statements to actual payments made
·  Communicate with landlords via phone and email
·  Ensure open lines of communication exist with all real estate areas, globally
·  Use translation software to assist in review of billings from European landlords
Qualifications

·  Associates degree or equivalent from college or trade school or 6 months related experience and/or training
·  Must be able to read and understand lease language
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
·  Must be able to write routine reports and correspondence
·  Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
·  Demonstrated experience working independently as well as in a team environment
·  Must be able to work well with fellow associates and be an integral part of the team

Benefits

The annual base salary range is $19 - $21/ hour. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below:
