The opportunity


We are looking for a Risk Management Administrator within the Risk Management team in our Melbourne office. This role is offered on a flexible part time basis.

Your key responsibilities
· 
Successfully co-ordinate the annual LEAD quality rating process to the agreed schedule

·  Perform the LEAD quality rating program’s process
· 
Monitors and manages the annual LEAD quality rating process to ensure activities are being completed as planned

· 
Proactively identifies issues before they occur; defines the problem or risk; identifies possible causes; works with Area RM team to identify solutions and implements most appropriate solution

· 
Direct supervision will be provided by an experienced RM Program Manager; frequency on a weekly or as needed basis

Skills and attributes for success
·  Minimum 3 years in a corporate environment
·  Work experience in a professional services industry, preferred
· 
Project management co-ordination experience an advantage, but not essential

Ideally, you’ll also have
·  Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders
