People (HR) Reporting Analyst

The opportunity

This role is responsible for providing subject matter expertise in consultation, design, creation, and management of reports and dashboard working directly with Service Line Leaders and Regional Talent Leaders to understand business requirements. A key component of this role is an understanding of HR functions like HR, recruiting, learning, performance manage, data, and systems.

Your key responsibilities

Being a People Reporting Analyst, you will build key partnerships with talent leaders to understand, consult, and deliver on business needs.

Skills and attributes for success

·  Good operational experience and knowledge with HR processes and systems related to core hr, recruiting, learning, performance management and overall people data (SAP SuccessFactors a plus)
·  Extensive reporting experience which demonstrates the ability to answer business questions and consult on standard metrics and key performance indicators
·  Knowledge of HR data privacy laws, information security and quality principles
·  Strong relationship and communication skills across multiple countries and cultures including a diverse client base and senior leadership
·  Excellent teaming skills required to work in a virtual work environment. A self starter, self motivated and able to work with specific but minimal direction.
·  Technical experience in commercial reporting systems such as Power BI, SSRS, OBIEE, Business Objects, SAP Analytics Cloud. Other technical experience in Excel including power pivot, VBA, Microsoft SQL, or other proven skills related to report creation and production
·  3 to 5 years of reporting experience
