The Opportunity

The HR Administrator performs HR support and administrative functions work within the Talent Shared Services teams.  The HR Administrator is responsible for the timely support on the EYHR Helpline and will also provide accurate entry of HR data into the Global PeopleSoft HR system. The HR Administrator will also spend their time helping with other TSS work such Recruitment support, CPA student registration, CPA Tuition Reimbursement and CPA member institute processing. The HR Administrator's work is generally determined and managed by his/her supervisor and includes performing transactions, coordinating events, data entry, reporting, records management, and other HR processes/ administration. This role will involve significant interaction with employees, TSS teams and other HR clients. The HR Administrator is the first point of contact responsible for answering inquiries from staff members on the HR Helpline regarding human resources policies and processes.

Your key responsibilities

·  Daily support of the EYHR Helpline by responding to inbound calls and/or email from employees and partners regarding HR policies, performance management, benefits, etc.
·  Assists with TSS initiatives and special projects
·  Proactively identifies, problem solves and escalatesissues/opportunities for further efficiencies
·  Provides coordination/administrative support for other national processes and compliance (e.g. CPA Student Registration, CPA Tuition Reimbursement, CPA Membership/ Institute Processes).
·  Answer routine questions for managers and employees, and assist with problem solving;
·  Create and maintain all necessary personnel files and maintains centralized HR files;
·  Provide general Human Resources support by serving as the first point of contact for employees, managing or escalating issues as necessary;
·  Liaises with, and coaches, the Field HR Coordinators/PCs, National Benefits, Payroll and Partnership Operations to ensure proper and timely set-up of Staff/Partner HR data
·  Assist Human Resources team with implementation and communication of major people processes
·  Provide support and coordination for recruiting processes and programs
·  Support the TSS team by working on projects and assisting where necessary to deliver on key initiatives and programs throughout the year (for example: Chairman’s Values Award, Global People Survey, People Impact Process, GPPM, Campus Orientation; Institute processing, etc.

To qualify for the role you must have

·  Bachelor’s degree, College Diploma in related field or Post Graduate Certificate in related field
·  1+ years experience in office administration preferred
