Job Summary:

The responsibility of Extended Test Driver is to drive extended test on new developed radio products, including R&R and customer configuration validation. To ensure the product quality, the role will be technical leader and coordinator, has great leadership with system requirement view, driving areas on both customer activities, I&V, R&R, design, SW, supplier.

Responsibilities:

·  Drive extended test from HW R&D level (Customer configuration validation, Robustness & Reliability test)
·  Coordinate within R&D department to secure execution phase
·  Define extended strategy from product portfolio.
·  Drive discussion with Region, CU, SPM to align customer configuration and requirement.
·  Drive evaluation and execution for customer configuration validation.
·  Drive Issue analysis to boost customer case and TR handling.
·  Drive design solution optimization for customer issue
·  Involve process update focused on quality improvement
·  Contribute in feedback-improvement loop

Professional Competence

·  Deep understanding of RBS products and requirements
·  Deep knowledge of RBS verification
·  Deep understanding in customer use cases
·  HW Development Process Knowledge
·  Reliability and Robustness knowledge
·  Quality management experience and good knowledge on quality management system
·  Good knowledge on communication product design and manufacture process and quality control experience
·  Deep understanding of RBS products
·  Deep knowledge of RBS verification

·  Master or above, major in EE or related fields
·  Experienced in customer service handling
