Reporting Line: Marketing and Business Development Manager – Business Development Division

Your missions:
This internship will basically give you the opportunity to have a large scope of responsibilities. Your main missions will relate to digital marketing activities and Job Portal : You will be in charge of leading our Job Portal Launch Project and managing our Social Media activities.
 
Project Management: Our Job Portal
We have decided to set up our own job portal using WordPress. Therefore, we are seeking a WordPress ninja who will take over the project and who will manage/enhance/improve the job portal along the way.

Social media/Communications
You will undertake responsibilities to manage our digital and social media activities, as well as our communications & presentations’ material. You will use analytics to assess trends and activities on social media, particularly on Linked In. You will review data on the performance of social media and adjust plans or strategies accordingly to optimize our social media use.

You will also have the chance to be exposed to other important components of our business through different rewarding missions:

Business Development/Client Management
You will assist our team in some of their daily Client Acquisition & Client Retention activities and strategies, such as answering Requests For Proposals.

Recruitment
You will have a chance to perform recruitment activities for our clients and will be taught the headhunting techniques. Since we would like to challenge you, a reward program will be put in place in order for you to get extra income.

Profil recherché

Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing or equivalent/ Fluent in English (written and spoken)/ Required Skill (s): html, css, bootstrap, php, mysql, WordPress knowledge / Strong Working Knowledge of Office Suite (Excel/Word/PowerPoint )
