ENGIE AV Technologies is one of Australia’s leading national AV integrators has an opportunity for Sales & Marketing Co-Ordinator to assist our Sales Department in our head office in Melbourne.

 

We are looking for a positive & energetic person to provide internal support to our busy Sales Team, answering incoming sales calls, allocating projects, marketing, client follow ups etc.

This is a full time position with potential for flexible working hours.This is a unique opportunity to become part of a successful company with a great team culture.

 

Your key duties will include but are not limited to:

·  Reviewing Tender Portals – Researching Tenders and new Sales Opportunities.
·  Answering incoming sales calls – Managing sales enquiries.
·  Managing Salesforce – Set up new jobs and updating information.
·  Sales Marketing.
·  Assisting the Sales Manager.
·  Assisting Reporting & Tender Submissions
·  Assisting Generating sales quotes for Box sales.

The ideal candidate for this role will:

·  High level communication skills
·  Possess the ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and customers
·  MS office and Salesforce Skills.
·  Be extremely organised
·  Have high attention to detail and the ability to work at a fast pace.
·  Possess high learning agility and ability to work autonomously
·  Enjoy working in a team environment with motivated people.
