ENGIE are recruiting for a Specifier/Planner Dispatcher to be based in Heysham 2 Power Station. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.

The normal working hours will be Monday to Thursday, 07:45 – 16:00 and Friday 07:45 – 14:45


To be part of a team delivering defined services, planning and specifying works for all Workplace Solutions deliverable services (e.g. Civils, Painters, Office Services, Electrical, HVAC, Industrial, Helpdesk). Must be an effective team member focused on customer care with a “can do” attitude with the flexibility and adaptability to perform in a changing business environment.

Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:

· 
Experience of work management systems (AMS/Maximo)

· 
Effective and decisive organisational skills with experience in introducing new ideas and approaches within the team

· 
Ability to lead and communicate across all levels working within performance management systems

· 
Experience of developing operational processes focused on service delivery

· 
Sound understanding of H&S, Environment and QA procedures

· 
IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft applications and other information management systems

Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:

·  Rounded educational background – likely to include 5 GCSE passes (or equivalent)
·  Experience relevant to role (e.g. Civils, Painters, Office Services, Electrical, HVAC, Rad waste, Industrial, Helpdesk etc.)
