Job description



ENGIE is recruiting for a Junior Administrator to be based at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, EH16 4SA. This is a fixed-term role for a period of 12 months. On offer is a competitive industry salary and high-quality benefits package.

General Overview:

You will provide administrative support to the operational management team within the contract and assist in providing a full and general administration support to the Office Manager including reception duties, filing, data entry, spreadsheet production, general office admin, plus any other ad hoc duties which may be related to the position.

Qualifications, Skills or Required Experience:

·  Computer literate with a good knowledge/experience of Microsoft Suite especially Word and Excel
·  Must also demonstrate confidence in working with managers of all levels.
