SAP L2 Consultant should be able to identify issues and problems, contextualize them appropriately, and proffer appropriate solutions and responses consistently.

Managerial Skills:

·  Strategic: An expert in  SAP Sales & Distribution  and SAP MM should be able to think and act strategically.
·  Knowledge in area of Specialization: Hands on experience in  SAP Sales and Distribution and SAP MM and thorough Know-how
·  Self-management 

People Skills:

A consultant in SAP Sales & Distribution and MM is expected to have the following people skills:

·  Excellent communication skills: A consultant is expected to communicate effectively with senior individuals from the client, junior team members from his/her implementation team, co employees at the same level & senior managers above his/her level.
·  Excellent engagement skills: Should be able to engage with individuals at all levels within the organization and from the client.
·  Conflict resolution: professional conflict handling

Technical Skills:

The individual should be able to configure the following:

·  Organizational Structures: Set up sales areas, assign organizational structures
·  Document Types: Sales documents; Inquiries, Quotations, Sales orders, Shipping, Billing
·  Pricing: condition tables, condition types, access sequences, pricing procedures, pricing routines, Rebates
·  Document Incompletion: incompletion procedures
·  Document Outputs: Output types, output determination
·  Material movements (Goods and Invoice Receipt)
·  Inventory activities (can include Warehouse Management activities)

Qualifications:

·  At least 3 years’ experience supporting SAP SD or MM Modules.
·  Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar/related IT course.
·  Fluent written and spoken English skills.
·  SAP Transportation Management.
·  ABAP- Desirable.
·  Familiar with Incident, Problem and Change Management process methodology. ITIL-certified is a plus.
