DXC is considering talented consultants, with a strong Corporate Performance Management project experience, in order to employ them at the headquarters of Milan inside the Delivery team DXC Analytics as Business Intelligence Hyperion Analyst , in the context of major projects, at our Customers, in different Industries.

DXC Analytics is focused on providing customers innovative solutions and high added value, in the following areas:  Analytics Solutions and Services, Big Data Platforms, Information Governance, Business Intelligence & Data Management, Artificial Intelligence and IoT Analytics.

Job responsibilities:

·  Finds customer needs, translates them in requirements, supports upselling/business development on new and existing contracts
·  Collaborates with technical team and contributes to delivery activities during design, develop and maintenance of the solutions
·  Designs modern and scalable data architecture, to implement Corporate Performance Management solutions and technical/functional specifications
·  Delivers business value to customers using Functional/Technical skills, building a trusted relationship with key users
·  Proposes Solutions that address Analytical business problems, needs and opportunities, in a manner consistent with DXC’s strategic and business goals
·  Collaborates with Project Manager, to anticipate customer needs, in order to facilitate the definition and design of the solution and to ensure effective and efficient analysis
·  Prioritizes the workload ensuring on time and on budget deliverables

Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer engineering, Mathematical Engineering,Management Engineering,Statistics, Mathematics
·  Consolidated - at least 6 years - of professional experience on CPM projects
·  Appreciated Experience in Communications, Media, and Entertainment Industry
·  Strong Experience on Multidimensional Data Modeling
·  Functional Skill:
·  Analysis models for Opex / Capex
·  Analysis Revenue Business Telco model
·  Analysis and cost models commissions for telco companies
·  Appreciated competence of Customer Retention Cost Model Analysis
·  Appreciated competence of Customer Acquisition Cost Model Analysis
·  Technical Skill:
·  Hyperion Plannig application development
·  Forecast and Planning process design
·  Essbase administration
·  Business Rule development
·  Webform & dataform design
·  EPMA administration
·  Oracle Database ER
·  Experience in Telco business management
·  Important relational skills with the end customer
·  Business problem solving, critical thinking and information analysis
·  Attitude to modelling and understanding of the data and the client’s business
·  Proactivity and ability to work in teams
·  Focus on the goals
·  Attention to details and constant attention to quality
·  Proficient English (both oral and written)
·  Availability to travel
