Responsibilities

·  The position is assigned to the Eligibility Processes for DXC Technologies in support of the State of Wisconsin.
·  The position is responsible for processing eligibility information for several programs including but not limited to Senior Care, Newborn, WCDP, and others.
·  Validation and data entry experience in a health care business is preferable but not required.
·  The position requires some incoming and outgoing calls but only as needed.

Education and Experience

·  Position requires HS diploma or Equivalent.
·  1-2 years of experience
·  Background with Healthcare Insurance or Medicaid
·  Position hours are 8 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday.
·  Experience with Microsoft Office
