Leveraged PST will provide support with the following services:

·  24 X 7 Production, UAT and Model Office cycle monitoring (multiple servers if required)          
·  Log all abends in Abend Log
·  Notify on-call for abends, escalate to on-call support team if we cannot resolve issue
·  Perform abend resolution restarts
·  Perform system health checks for production per checklist instructions
·  Perform SQL special requests and production implementation requests
·  MOVE and COPY files as requested
·  Change permissions on files as requested
·  Perform daily claim check process
·  Perform FORCE START, HOLD, ICE, SUCCESS, KILL cycle box/jobs as requested
·  Put jobs on hold and off hold for system maintenance (Account will communicate job impacts)
·  Monitor Site Scope alerts
·  Monitor Account Group Boxes for requests or alerts
·  Attend cycle meetings
·  Grant ALOG, share point access to TFALs when requested
·  PST will fulfill all HIPAA training requirements as required by the account and customer.  This includes a screenshot of completed training class(s) and completed system access agreements, if needed.
·  Must be open and available to work various shifts
