Job Responsibilities

The Quality Engineer oversees Quality Control activities, manages relationships with OEM customers and suppliers, and implements solutions to enhance production processes, contributing to the development and optimization of the Quality System. The role is based in Firenze and is related to the brand Ariete, part of De'Longhi Group portfolio since 2001.

Job Profile

Main Responsibilities:
? Providing support to OEM customers (preparing specific documentation upon request, validating reports, assessing issues, and implementing solutions).
? Engaging with suppliers (via email, phone, email, and direct visits) to identify problems and validate solutions.
? Analyzing data from the service department and conducting direct verifications to identify issues and implement product improvement plans.
? Developing FMEA, PFMEA, and analyzing the capability of production processes.
? Preparing documentation to facilitate quality service control during normal production phases (procedures, control plans)
? Supporting the Quality team in routine activities: inspection of production lots, preparation of control procedures, product improvement plans, ISO system support, laboratory testing

Qualifications & Requirements:
? Diploma from an industrial technical institute (mechanical, electronic, electrical), or higher education level
? 3+ years of experience in the Quality or Technical department in a structured company
? Knowledge of Quality Systems and Methods
? Knowledge of process quality and related methods of control and optimization
? Fluent in English and Italian
? Availability for business trips to China
