In 2016, Naval Group was selected as the preferred international partner to design and build a fleet of Future Submarines for the Royal Australian Navy.
This $50 billion project is the largest defence contract in Australian history and involves a scope of work spanning the next 50 years.

As an industry professional, you will help manage our company's tax function. Reporting through to the Tax Manager within our finance team, you will provide technical support and advice across all tax matters.
Responsibilities include:
• Prepare monthly business activity statements
• Prepare annual Fringe Benefits and Income Tax return
• Maintain the company's tax asset register
• Prepare and carry out initial investigations into tax issues
• Support the preparation of statutory reports including tax provision calculation and tax effect accounting
Further to these points, you will assist with implementing the company's tax governance framework, have exposure in supporting internal/external auditing processes and support the financial accounting team on various matters as needed.
Applicants with demonstrated experience in liaising with both local and international tax advisors will be highly regarded.
A Bachelor degree in Commerce, Finance or related field is required. You must currently be undertaking or have completed the CA/CPA program.
