In this role, you will be responsible for:

 

·  You will be responsible forManaging and mobilizing a team of hourly associates to ensure Safety, Quality, and Productivity goals are met
·  You will be responsible forDriving accountability through strong leadership and setting consistent expectations
·  You will be responsible for Promote a positive team atmosphere and champion involvement of all employees
·  You will be responsible for Regular, formal, and informal evaluations and feedback of the performance of hourly associates
·  You will be responsible forEnsure adherence to plant standards (including but not limited to GMP, AIB, FDA, Quality, Safety, Finance, ISO)

· 

About you

·  Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
·  You will have at least 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing/packaging environment. Previous supervisory experience within a food/beverage environment is preferred.
