About the Job  

As our European Finance Logistics intern, you will be part of the European Finance Logistics team, which is in charge of coordination of logistics costs of European countries. You will be helping with the monthly closing & RF support, as well as with the Marco Polo costs control & x-charge.

 

Specifically, you will be responsible for 

·  Managing monthly deck (Excel/Power BI/ Power point files) in addition to the meetings with the different stakeholders;
·  Managing IPRO view and ensuring they are error free;
·  Maintaining & updating monthly files for actuals and forecast;
·  Analyzing CBU submissions in case of mismatches or errors;
·  Creating central POs & GRs monthly based on actual costs;
·  Monthly X-charge actual costs to CBUs and SPs through ICE tool or POs (ar. 30 invoices per month);
·  Performing Actuals vs Forecast analysis for IDEO costs (ãr. 3mE annual costs).

About you

As a European Finance Logistics Intern, managing big data fileswill be second nature to you. You have good analytical skills and have good understanding of excel and/or power BI .On top of that? You’re an enthusiastic personwho’s always looking for opportunities to learn and develop. Finally, you have a background in Finance or any other related fields. 

You’ll also have the following background: 

·  Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
·  Ideally available to start in May/June for 6 months, 4/5 days per week;
·  You are fluent in English - oral and written;
·  You are able to work from Hoofddorp office 2-3 times per week. 
·  Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.
·  Good understanding of excel, power BI and PPT

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance 650 euros per month (Based on a full time internship) and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad. 

 

* Please be aware that you must acquire a BSN number to receive the full internship allowance.
