Missions

As Business Process Analyst , you will join Credit Agricole CIB Brazil and especially Organization department , a transversal department responsible for Project Management, Business Process Management, IT Security and Business Contingency Plan.

You will be responsible for analyzing the processes of the bank, identifying the potential improvements, defining the specifications in order to model the processes in the Business Process Management System (BPMS), managing the projects related the implementation of the processes, coordinating the UAT (User Acceptance Tests) and providing support to the users of the BPMS.

Your main missions will be:

1- Business Process Management
• Interview process participants to understand exactly how their processes work
• Organize meetings with all the process participants to consolidate the common understanding of the process
• Document process information using visual diagrams
• Analyze current processes and determine the potential improvements and optimizations
• Design the target processes
•  Identify, document and analyze business rules that govern the implementation of business processes
• Write BPMS specifications to be used by the developers for process automation
• Test and execute processes using the BPMS to ensure that the right results are achieved
• Collect feedback on process performance
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of processes
• Support the users of the BPMS

2- Project Management
• Work at different levels in all the stages of the Project: Study, Specifications, Planning, Monitoring, Testing, etc.

3- Others
• Coordination of controls, tests and awareness campaigns on IT Security and Business Contingency Plan

This position is ideal to learn about the overall organization of the bank, to interact with all the areas at different levels (from analysts to managers), and to become an expert in Project Management and BPM analysis.

Formation / Spécialisation

Academic background: University or Business school, Engineering/Computer science School.

Specialisation: Finance, Computer Science, Project Management, other Engineering fields.

Niveau d'expérience minimum

0 - 2 ans

Expérience

Past experience in Project Management, ideally in the banking industry.

Compétences recherchées

- Knowledge of financial products and/or Corporate Banking activity

Soft skills :
- Excellent communication, verbal and written
- Flexible
- Autonomous

Outils informatiques
