Poste et missions:
- Perform closing activities during first three working days of new month
- Make sure all plant related costs are accounted for within the proper costing category, organisation & period.
- Provide consolidated & detail cost overview to plant managers, department managers & operational units managers on an ad hoc, weekly, monthly & yearly basis including variances versus budget, forecast and prior year.
- Analyze & account for all in
- & outsourcing activities within the plant.
- Support in budget & forecast process.
- Follow up & process all individual inventory stock corrections at partnumber level
- Follow up on all obsolete & excess materials (weekly + monthly)
- Create approved mfg investment project codes in SAP & manage budget approved with DOA.
- Budget & forecast all CAPEX & OPEX spending and track all commitments and spending on a monthly / yearly basis.
- Review supporting financial documentation for individual investment projects.
- Manage all monthly direct material variance processes (hardware correction, paint counts, production order scrappings, BOM changes, usage changes, mfg spotbuys,…)
- Analyze & process all pending inventory corrections for direct & indirect materials.
- Analyze & approve payable write offs for direct material, indirect material, services and investments.
- Approve assets disposals.
- Perform local central reporting (weekly inventory, monthly ESTESA, quarterly plant productivity,…)
- Follow up on the container sale & buyback program
- Continuous review & improving of business + controlling processes
- Support local/central mfg management in decision making process
- Manage second hand sale process
- Support plant controller in WCM activities.
- Maintain & improve (WCM) data collection.
- Support plant related footprint activities
Profil:
- Master Degree in Economics (or equal through experience).
- Expert knowledge and application of Excel/Access
- SAP knowledge
- Strong analytical skills.
- Self-starter: Able to work independently and pro-actively seeking opportunities.
- Being a credible counterpart in management discussions with the ability to defend the financial implications.
- Be flexible and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Be able to treat information in a confidential way.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and coaching skills.
