Main accountabilities :
- Follow up the PRIM tools (Iveco and AG&CE) roll out and certification working with Sales team, Dealers, ICT, and project support teams
- The daily follow-up of PRIM dealers uses, training and tutoring
- Suggest actions & ensure all the necessary involvement and support at market/dealer level to improve Spare Parts availability
- Analyze dealer’s data to ensure accurate output
- Best Practices Spread-out that generates the best results
- Planning and monitoring project activities (dealers configuration in RIM, configuration visits planning, transmission checks, dealers’ data initialization…)
- Fine tuning of forecast and replenishment parameters and logistic matrix together with field team
- Reporting and monitoring dealers KPIs
- Data reliability analysis
- Support and collaborate with the PRIM specialists in all European markets, to implement effective and profitability solutions
- Assist in all other management activities & support for ad-hoc requests
Education:
- Master Degree in Supply chain, Business School or Economics
Skills, Knowledge and abilities required:
- Advanced ICT skills, with particular emphasis on Powerpoint, Excel and Access (pivot tables and macro). Preferably SQL language knowledge
- Fluent in English and possibly other European languages (Italian would be a plus).
- Awareness of basic principles of logistics;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team working;
- Proactivity
