REMUNERATION MENSUELLE :1814€ (indemnité non contractuelle fixée par décret et arrêté, dont le montant peut varier notamment en
fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)

Mission

In order to support the transformation of our organization and in particular of our Staffing as well as of our Training & Competencies Development activities, with a focus on Leadership, we are currently recruiting a HR Generalist Officer in a VIE contract.

The HR Officer will report to the HR Site Director and will coordinate both some projects and operations linked to the Staffing activities and to the Training & Competencies Development activities linked to the Site perimeter.
The HR Officer will work on some Leadership development actions in the large framework of a Culture change plan.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be in charge of the following:

-Support the organization of staffing and pre-recruitment activities in Châtelet, Belgium;
-Redesign processes linked to sourcing, screening, onboarding and selection of candidates in a defined perimeter;
-Coordinate school activities and recruitment events in Belgium and abroad;
-Support the organization of training & competencies development in Châtelet, Belgium;
-Provide strong support in redesigning the internal Training department, in order to make it more agile and efficient;
-Work on developing and implementing culture change actions to make the Site line leadership better in his/her proximity management;
-Assist in Internal Mobility requests, including cross-countries transfers and ensure a smooth and fair selection process;
-Support the definition and follow-up of KPI’s in line with business objectives.

Profile

-You hold a Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or Educational Sciences;
-You think globally and like to act local in an industrial site;
-You like to work in an international environment, dealing with issues in different countries, for the Staffing stream;
-You are a natural link between HR and the business, able to translate the needs expressed into concrete HR actions and offer some solutions;
-You have strong organizational skills, able to deal with multiple tasks in a complex and multicultural environment;
-You are IT-literate, able to adapt to new technologies and collaborative tools;
-You are open-minded, social and able to think out of the box;
-You are fluent in French and English, a 3rd language would be appreciated.
