Assignment:

The main purpose of this role is to learn how to coordinate Program Engineering Changes in the UK. Once you will have gained a good understanding of Plastic Omnium Project Management system (Optimap) and Plastic Omnium Manufacturing processes, systems and products, your main tasks will be to:
• Lead Engineering Change meetings
• Manage action plans
• Communicate with our demanding customer and a wide spectrum of professional engineering disciplines
Once these tasks will be mastered, we envisage the successful candidate to manage Program Engineering Change in our Slovakian facilities as well.

Profile:

You are a highly motivated young graduate from a recognized engineering school with knowledge in business or a recognized business school with a strong interest for a technical environment.
As part of your studies, you have already undertaken an international curriculum (e.g. one semester or year outside your home country).
You are a team player and a self-learner. You have an interest for the automotive industry and a first experience or internship in this sector can be a plus.
You are open minded and with a serious desire to learn, as well as a clear willingness to embark on an international career.
Your English is fluent, and good command of Slovak is a plus.
