Job description

Job Mission:

·  The Marketing Coordinator for WFJ ‘s mission is to support WFJ Marketing team to deliver excellent client experiences across all touch points to build strong customer loyalty.

·  He/She will work in close collaboration with Fashion division to expand Watch & Fine Jewelry client data base within Chanel clientele and retail team (TFJS, CEME, CEMS, FA, HOB & DHOB, JA for FJ boutiques, related trade & PSR) / product team (WFJ) / training team (WFJ) / Flagship to consolidate WFJ as complement to the Chanel client strategies.

·  Uphold WFJ brand image, awareness and relevancy, adapting to shifting needs of customers
·  Build a solid base of clientele together with Fashion business unit
·  Grow local clientele and market share
·  Build the awareness and desirability of Chanel WFJ in Korea while contributing to nourish the brand equity. 
·  Omni-channel experience across all touch points along the customer journey
·  Elevate the overall WFJ client experience and optimize the engagement across all touch-points
·  Identify the potential High Jewelry client and ensure the qualitative engagement with appropriate touch point to solidity the client database.
·  Seize business opportunities as building Precious Jewelry and Bridal leveraging on the strength of the brand.
·  Expand Chanel Watch Address customer’s increasing demand focused on service from owning to experiencing
·  Build High Jewelry awareness and sustainable business in long run.
·  Be part of the collective drive to deliver Chanel’s brand image and the ultimate client experiences
·  To manage, develop and enhance the brand’s long-term image, visibility and equity & profitability in Korea
·  Grow the client base in Fashion & WFJ networks. Gain market share. 

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement Local Development & Execution

·  Work closely with Marketing / CEM / HEB to support implementation of client engagement programs and High End Business initiatives
·  Manage VIC gifting programs, consolidating requests from boutiques and providing necessary assets and tools
·  Support client events while ensuring client satisfaction
·  Manage inventory of Marketing / CEM assets
·  Monitor the regular or ad-hoc offerings of global/regional assets and process orders based on the marketing calendar and client strategy
·  Manage Marketing / CEM / HEB expenses and provide monthly budget status reports
·  Handle administrative tasks related to client engagement

Client Data Management & Reports

·  Manage the quality of client data
·  Elaborate and drive insights from customer database
·  Provide monthly client reports and post-activity / campaign results
·  Produce monthly competitors report

Incorporate the Client Service Value philosophy

·  Develop new client service initiatives with brand philosophy fully embedded
·  Keep enhancing ‘Spontaneous Gestures’ program based on the needs of the boutiques and successful benchmark
·  Bridge the gap between the office and the retail floor to provide the seamless client experience in each boutique with the human touch

Work Experience

At least 2 years of marketing or client engagement experience within retail brands

Prefer experience with luxury brands

Prefer previous experience within Chanel

Functional Competencies

·  Highly analytical with strong numeric sense
·  Experience in client segmentation, campaign management and data analysis
·  Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
·  Strong proficiency in BI & CRM platforms
