Job description
Job Mission:
This position is responsible for development and deployment of all FASHIOIN & WATCH FINE JEWERLY learning solutions in digital domain and IT training tools guidelines via effective communication and collaboration with Global/Regional learning team as well as local stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support the launching and reinforcement of the rollout digital learning platforms and cultivate the new SOCIAL LEARNING CULTURE from top-down basis to self-driven learning for Retail Frontline.
· Orchestrate with the Learning Community, to formulate the digital learning strategy and execute the plan, in accordance with global & regional direction, local needs and priorities and blended learning approach.
· Elevate the efficiency and effectiveness of BLENDED learning approach and DIGITAL learners’ experience which ultimately supports retail frontline on deploying The CHANEL DIFFERENCE onto the client journey.
· Content Management (content design / curation) for digital learning platforms.
· Build collaborative relationship and work in close partnership with all stakeholders on other digital learning projects initiatives.
· Work with Learning and Development team and stakeholders to motivate staff achieving the digital learning KPIs.
· Regular update to Learning and Development team the local digital implementation progress.
· Identify the missing opportunity and provide learning solution.
· Support and participate in company/divisional project as per assigned.
· In house translation when necessary
· Admin support as per assigned.
Academic / Professional Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in digital design/ gamification/ education/communication
Work Experience
· At least 3 years’ experience in digital learning / training assistant / program design / education
· Experience in retail field would be a plus.

· Computer literate/ digital savvy
· Online game-based learning platform

· Set objective measurement for learning ROI and ensure a seamless implementation of the digital learning initiatives.

· Possesses an innovative mindset.
· Strong learning and development planning
· Mature and work independently with minimum supervision.
· Fluent in written and spoken English.
