Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Job Description:

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the capacity and compliance management, decommissioning processes, and driving all internal projects of the DSS team. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in project management and a deep understanding of audit processes and IT project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule and work plan.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Project management of compliance.
- Coordinate the decommissioning of systems as per the organizational requirements.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
- Monitor progress and adjust as needed.
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

About the ideal candidate

- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
- Experience in managing audits and understanding of PCI and SOC requirements.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Compliance experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
