Position Description
Be part of a growing team implementing mission-critical solutions for Government customers! Team CGI is looking to build a diverse team of functional, technical, and development experts that can work in an AGILE environment to create a unified system that supports the United States Army across the Institutional, Operational, and Self-Development training arenas to maximize soldier readiness.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Works closely with Managers, PMO Analysts, team leads and partners
• Comprehends project requirements and demonstrates the ability to incorporate these requirements into the master schedule for all tasks, portfolios, and project-related activities
• Review schedule activities, status and results with PM, DPM and Managers as required
• Create and update resource loaded schedules
• Implement baseline changes into the IMS by collaborating with applicable stakeholders
• Apply recognized industry best scheduling practices to develop and maintain program schedules
• Produce product/deliverable based WBS and WBS Dictionary per project TOR and agency specific guidelines
• Identify, develop and implement processes improving scheduling and coordination efforts Managing the main program documentations such as the program initiation document

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Due to the nature of this government contract, US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret Clearance is required.
• 5-8 years of experience in creating and managing resource loaded schedules, Gantt charts and dependencies
• Knowledge and experience in schedule quality analysis
• Ability to perform critical path analysis of schedules within MS Project or other tools
• Ability to develop fully networked schedules using predecessors and successors along with effective activity duration affording discreet progress measurement
• Ability to establish working relations at all organizational levels and demonstrate ability to diplomatically and effectively deal with government officials and program office stakeholders
• Ability to create custom views in MS Project, and an understanding of the relationships among WBS/IMS/PWS/CLIN in Federal contracting
• Outstanding reporting skills, e.g. graphical presentation, advanced Microsoft Excel skills (charts, pivot tables)
• Advanced MS Project skills (knowledge of macros)
• Scheduling experience with a strong project management background understanding project management processes
