Earned Value Management (EVM) Analyst

Position Description
CGI Federal is currently recruiting for experienced, self-motivated team members for a large Federal Client supporting a world-wide federal civilian agency supporting international travel and national security initiatives. The team will deliver full lifecycle IT services, including Program Management, Operations and Maintenance, Security, Disaster Recovery, IT Engineering, and Asset Management within an Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) framework. In addition to establishing a trusted relationship with the client in providing stable and reliable IT Operations, we are looking for motivated individuals in varying levels of skill sets and expertise to modernize the IT landscape, while delivering cutting edge technology capabilities. These positions have excellent opportunities for career growth and skill enhancement, as these individuals will be working in service delivery roles within one of the largest independent technology and business services firms in the world.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Ensures the project includes all the work required for completing the project successfully. Emphasis is on identifying and controlling what is or is not included in the project. Describes the process and tools used to define the project scope; develops the project scope statement; defines and develops the Work Breakdown Structure; describes the scope verification activities; and describes how the project scope will be controlled.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- BS - Degree or relevant experience in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
- 4 - 10 years of Project Management experience, specifically in managing SLAs
- Experience in analyzing and reviewing Service Performance against the SLAs
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure technologies
- Organizes and maintains the regular Service Level review process with the client
- ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED
