ORGANIZATIONAL PLACEMENT
In charge of Service Dealers organization project delivery, with business implementation of management rules, process and governance.
ACTIVITIES
· Build Dealer project blue print and objectives
· Manage project scheduling and implementation plan
· In charge of Quality and sustainable deployment of Service contracts with dealers across the world,
· Responsible to drive process improvement across Dealers organizations to secure achievement of business targets
· Coordinate Issue Resolution and field service process between Dealers and HQ to maximize service levels expected
· Drive launch of Service products in support to Dealers needs and support to achieve expectations
· Manage and build dedicated service sales governance with Dealers
· Available to travel across subsidiaries for project roll out
· Responsible for project and process training coordination and delivery..
· Respect Company’s policy and procedures and ensure team appliance without compromises.
· Set the standards, leading by example.
· Handle any other activities assigned by hierarchy based upon the organisational requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
· Project Mgt,
· Working in autonomy and decision making
· Communication skill with behaviour on customer relationship and customer oriented approach .
· Fluency in written and spoken English
