Objectives:
·  To lead the excution of all routine maintenance related activities, like preventive and corrective maintenance, plant changes, production support, turnaround, project commissioning etc, so that all the activies are performed safely, effiently and right first time; Main Tasks:
·  Lead execution team to complete maintenance tasks according to daily, weekly plan;
·  Organize priority 1 (urgent, without planning) maintenance activity safely and rapidly
·  Coordinate maintenance work between operation team and contractors (work permit, energy isolation, decontamination, lock-out & tag-out, site supervision, test-run etc)
·  Collect and review maintenance records and keep it in filing room or CMMS system;
·  Record actual internal and external manpower work hours in SAP system and technically close out work orders;
·  Ensure that all the related requirements of legal and BASF standards on EHS, quality are respected during the whole period of maintenance execution;
·  Monitor equipment conditions within his area to ensure that plants are operated safely and smoothly;
·  Work together with plant asset manager/engineers and subject matter engineers on the maintenance strategy, preventive maintenance plan, spare parts strategy, cost control, bad-actor program and reliability improvement plan;
·  Lead the trouble shooting of routine equipment problems;
·  Participate in weekly production maintenance meeting and maintenance scheduling meeting; ensure the work for the next days is prepared;
·  Participate in equipment failure root cause analysis and undertake assigned tasks of reliability improvement;
·  Regularly provide feedback to Planning & Scheduling team about the planning accuracy so that improvements can be made in future planning ;
·  Support execution of site small Capex or plant changes (MOCs) as request by site project & engineering team;
·  Be the focal point of turnaround(TAR) and responsible scope definition and execution within his area; Requirements:
·  Education: Bachelor degree or above;
·  Working Experience: 8+ years’ maintenance management experience in petrochemical or chemical industry;
·  Technical & Professional Knowledge:
·  Solid knowledge about Mechanicals/Electrical/Instrument, pipelines etc, in chemical plants;
·  Good understanding of plant maintenance process; Familiar with related standards and regulations;
·  Good computer skill e.g. CAD, Office, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project.
