BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Guangdong Verbund site project would be BASF’s largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completion and would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. The site would ultimately be the third-largest BASF site worldwide, and will be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the latest digital technologies and applying the highest safety standards.

 

Objectives:

·  遵循公司EHS方针，满足国家法律法规要求和工厂的技术操作守则，主要负责废水处理装置的日常操作及优化。
·  根本生产领班的指导，在确保安全和可靠运营的情况下，完成指定的生产任务，并保证产品质量符合规范，工艺程序和标准。

 

Main Tasks:

·  EHS职责:
·  遵守公司的EHS政策、程序和工作指令。
·  在开始任何一项作业或工作前，必须考虑到EHS的要求，确保工作安全地开展,防止或降低安全风险或潜在隐患。
·  熟知工作场所的危害物质及其信息。
·  培养安全工作技能和习惯。
·  出现事故或未遂事故以及危险物质暴露时，立即上报直接主管。
·  向主管报告发现风险或不安全隐患.
·  保持工作场所的整洁。
·  充分理解装置EHS规则和质量控制/质量保证标准，将其应用于现场作业中确保生产的安全和质量。
·  向倒班班长汇报有关EHS的问题，并在可能的情况下立即采取措施。
·  操作职责：
·  加入班组参加IOU首期项目的机械竣工检查，试运行和运行调试，来确保开车成功。
·  在正式开车前，支持并协助起草和审核操作守则。
·  参加并协助组织培训课程，包括工艺培训，操作守则培训，EHS和基本维修知识培训。
·  确保工艺运行符合操作手册要求，符合班长的指令。
·  监控运行参数确保可靠运行，以及满足法规和巴斯夫安全标准。
·  常规巡检和取样，装置内的物流操作，操作中任何故障或异常情况汇报主管。
·  异常情况时和团队合作解决问题，并跟进行动项。
·  异常和紧急情况下的故障处理。
·  团队合作确保维修活动的安全执行。
·  有能力解决异常情况和突发问题。

 

Requirements:

·  中专及以上学历,化工工程或环保等相关专业。
·  三年以上的废水处理装置生产操作经验。
·  掌握化工操作的技术,有基本的机械知识。
·  有基本的英语读写能力。
·  愿意接受倒班工作。
