Job description
Civil contract for approximately 6 months
Main responsibilities:
· Collect data (vacations, sick leave, overtimes, etc.) for HR administration and payroll, conducts its maintenance and coordination of its compliant processing by the payroll agency.
· Verification of data in systems.
· Preparation of HR administration documents upon request
· Filing, scanning, printing.
· Auditing of documents.
Requirements:
· Outlook, word and excel knowledge
· English intermediate
· Ready to work with data and documentation, accuracy
· Positive communication attitude
· Ability to meet deadlines
