Onboarding expert is required to process changes of customer data in systems and quality check on executed contracts as well. We are in process of migration, the volumes of requests in ticketing tool are increasing each month. It also has to be taken into account that new project of Payius CZ & SK is launched and it is expected to handle these contracts into CZ team. Expected number of contracts 100 per month for this project, operating model is the same as for CZ, it means that expected number of customer requests will increase. If we do not staff the position, processed volume of tickets will increase - these tickets will be executed over the SLA.
This requirement regards to replacement without any extra costs above the approved budget.
