- realization of STOP reviews, safety reviews
Customer focus
- understanding customer needs
- awareness of importance of own activites on automotive customer expectations/impact on customer satisfaction
Cooperation between plants/departments
- exchange of info between plants/departments
- benchmarking between plants/departments
Technical support to commercial
- Analyse the customer requirements.
- Analyse which plant, process and machines are best suited to produce the part.
- Work out the nestings and other basic process engineering drawings.
- Perform a feasibility study.
- Perform cycle time and productivity calculations.
- Estimate and calculate the costs for a certain part.
Profile:
Master of Science in engineering
Technical background with a great interest and good insights in mechanical engineering
English, French, German
Knowing how to work with or willing to learn how to work with AutoCad, 3D-tool, MS excel (pro), projects and powerpoint
Team-player, effective and fluent communicator, good project management skills
Familiar with and a firm believer of continuous improvement, standardization and WCM
